The inside Central Stage or outside Deck overlooking the pond are available for your Ceremony for $699.95 + GST including chairs disposition, sound system and 2 hour Rehearsal one or two days before the Wedding. If your Rehearsal is longer than 2 hours additional $50.00 will be charged for each hour.

A full package all inclusive (No bad surprise).
Our Fountain Room with a real Water Fountain will accommodate the most difficult guests.
A full package with our Public Dine & Dance Buffet inclusive of a 80 items buffet(Suchi bar,Sea Food, 8 prepared Meals, 3 Carved Meats, 360 Degree Dessert buffet) and Dance(9PM-1AM)with DJ (service charge of $60.00 will be applied for announcing your dances). All this for $ 44.95 including GST and Gratuity. The only extra cost is drinks and Ceremony.

THE PRIVATE WEDDING

Semi Private  or Fully Private
Would you wish Privacy for your Wedding we offer private Reception with Public Dancing (Semi Private) or Reception&Dance fully private.


Please note that any other day except Saturday and Friday (or statutory holidays and long weekend's Monday) Private Rooms are half the price.
Waterfall Room (200 seatings capacity) with a real waterfall running from the ceiling behind the head table (up to 10 seats) is at $ 999.95 Min 100 ppl (if less than 100 ppl $1500) with a private dinner to be choosen. Wedding Buffet is at $ 30.00 + GST + 15% Gratuity(for groups of 80 or less)


After dinner in your private Waterfall Room (decorated with a gigantic cake), you can attend the Public dancing (9PM to 1AM)at any time you wish and you only pay $60.00 + GST DJ service charge.
However no dancing in the Waterfall room.

 

Free room is offered for Gift opening the next day.
Food and alcohol prices are accrued of Gratuity 15% & GST 5%

PRIVATE RECEPTION AND PRIVATE DANCING

When you rent a private Reception dining room you have the option to rent your private discotheque at half the regular rental price.
We have 2 fully private discotheques to be rented for $499.95 instead of of $999.95. This makes your Wedding fully private all the way for a total fee of $999.95 + $499.95. You are welcome to bring your own DJ or Band. If you would like the Lodge to supply a DJ, we subcontract that aspect and the cost is $ 499.95 from 9PM to 1AM. We will also have to collect $60.00 SOCAN (Canadian Composers Society) fee. All our prices are accrued of GST

MENUS & BUFFETS

When choosing a Private Reception dining room, you have a choice of small Buffet (for 80 or under)available consisting of a salad bar, carved beef or bison, chicken, home made cabbage rolls and perogies, Flambe Alaska for desert at 30.00 including Gratuity and Gst or other options open for discussion.
Please note that the Waterfall reception room will have to be vacated by your party by 10PM so that our staff is able to reset it for the next day.


Your guests are the only people allowed access in a Private Reception room or in the Private Discotheque.

However "Private Reception room" does not allow you to change the set up of the furniture in the room.
We will try to accommodate your needs as much as possible but most of our staff members are ladies and are not movers...(Smile)
All our prices are accrued by Grat & GST



Late Lunch
As our Menu usually includes a nice Flambe dessert to mark the occasion, we can use your wedding cake as part of the late lunch, allowing you to save on the late lunch (starting at $7.95). Late lunch is mandatory!! if your guests have been drinking in the evening. A combination of late lunch, round trip bus and our overnight stay in Hotel, Campground will insure the safety of everyone.

For Hotel Reservation
For hotel reservations we have a flyer that we suggest you to send with your invitations. 
Your guests can call us confirming the number of room(s) and night(s) they wish to book .
We give your guests a discount on 3 nights stays, allowing the people from out of town the benefit of a long weekend for a lower price. By sending this along with your invitations, people have the ability to book their own rooms without you having to become a renting agent.

ACCOMODATION

When it comes to Bar
When it comes to Bar service you can chose a cash bar or drink tickets. Prices for drinks:  Pop $2.00, Beer $4.25, Hiball $5.25, Cocktail $5.50, Wine/Cooler $5.75 (prices include GST but not Gratuity). If you choose to purchase drink tickets the price is $5.75 per ticket including GST and Gratuity. Any NOT used drink tickets may be returned for a full refund.


We also have a bus service available from Edmonton round Trip for $299.95+GST.(The best and cheaper liability insurance really) Return is at 1 Am or earlier

Amazing doesn’t even start to explain the "spread" that was available to our guests…and little do they know how reasonable it really was J Everyone was amazed when they saw the buffet, and everyone loved it! Some a little too much as not many had room for our expensive wedding cake after eating all of the wonderfull desserts!
I want everyone to know that a wedding at Lily Lake will be the most rewarding decision they can make…and the easiest. The decorations that are already provided are gorgeous and save so much time and money for any couple. Rhonda is great in that not only does she make sure everything is organized for her part of things, she also goes above and beyond what I feel was expected in helping the bride and groom remember everything and making sure everything runs smoothly. Her suggestions and knowledge are priceless in my mind and I can’t Thank her enough!
I could go on forever about the greatness of Lily Lake!

WHAT DO I DO FROM HERE?????

Weddings are booked 1 to 24 Months ahead.
We have lots of time to work out the hundreds of little details. The most important part, at this point, is to book the seating for the "right" date of your wedding. Once the seating or the Private room(s) is(are) booked, we have the time to work out all the details by Email or phone but preferably towards the last three weeks before the wedding to avoid contradictions in our Emails.Two-Three weeks before the wedding when you know the precise number of participants and the number of children)we will spend a few hours together to fine tune your Event in writing. Using this method we both will have in writing our agreement and what we are committed on.On our side the director takes "your" file with all the written information and prepares the wedding accordingly.PLEASE DO NOT ASSUME ANYTHING.HAVE IT PUT IN WRITING BY THE GEN.MANAGER OR BY THE DIRECTOR.You will have a copy of our working sheet for your peace of mind.For more detailed information about our services for Wedding Packages (bus, cake cutting, pop buffet, decor, rehersal, etc.) feel free to call 921-3441

FAQ

PLEASE BE CAUTIOUS because: YOUR DEPOSIT IS NOT REFUNDABLE
Indeed we are sold out every weekend. When you have decided to have your wedding at Lily Lake, we stop selling either the Reception Hall or we refuse parties for the Dine & Dance. Therefore we need a firm commitment from you and the only way to firm up your booking is by a NON REFUNDABLE DEPOSIT. For a Private Wedding this deposit consists of the price of the Reception Hall and the discotheque(if private)accrued by GST. For a Public wedding a NON REFUNDABLE DEPOSIT of $ 10.00+Grat&GST/pers (min $1000.00) is required.
Consequently before you send us a deposit PLEASE be absolutely sure that this is the place you want to have your wedding and that the date is final. Otherwise you will lose your deposit as liquidated damage. Indeed all of our weekends are pre-sold and when we receive your deposit, we stop selling the rooms or the seats to other people. Should you change your mind, we would be out that business and the undersigned out of a job.(Smile).
The balance of the wedding invoice must be paid by CERTIFIED CHEQUE or CREDIT CARD no later than 1 week before the wedding.If not completely paid one week before, the Resort will not prepare the wedding.

FROM THE BRIDAL SUITE TO THE CEREMONY

and then after the ceremony for your pictures, pamper yourself with our Coach Ride
Our Beautiful Antique Cinderella Stagecoach will make any Bride feel as a Princess. It is very popular in all our weddings from being picked up at one of our elegant suits and taking pictures throughout the Resort. The Coach can accomodate maximum 8 people at a time.
