Our Boardrooms
offer plenty of natural light. Fax, photocopy services are available to guests. The cost of our Board rooms includes all Meeting equipment, Continuous Coffee, Juices, Mineral water and Pop with your Key would you wish to stay late at night.

THE ROPE CHALLENGE COURSE

We have the biggest course in Western Canada.
A challenge for today's Business Sector. Refer to in our titles as the Rope Course (with Climbing wall) Used by Militaries, Firemen, Leadership International, this is the ultimate Team Building Exercise, experimented by thousands of Corporations around the World. Require a full introductory Adventure Workshop course to the elements. Ideal for sales teams & intro to diversity. Minimum 20 people.

ROPE COURSE

PRIVATE RESORT FOR OUR CORPORATE CLIENTS

How would you like to have the entire Resort( 700 acres) just for your Corporation.?
If the number of participants is sufficient, we will keep the resort fully PRIVATE for your corporate "OVERNIGHT" event.
Resort to be fully private or not, upon a demand by Email (rhondagill@lilylakeresort.com) or by phone (Rhonda at 921-3441), we will send on your screen a full and very precise interactive proposal, displaying cost from your arrival to your departure, with the Resort suggestion and price (all linked to your invoice) for each Meal and activities.

Would you wish to change a meal, just type another letter beside the said meal on our proposal and a new menu will show up, with a different price and your final invoice (in front of you) will change accordingly. Would you wish to delete a coffee brake for instance, just delete the letter beside the coffee brake and your invoice will reduce by that much.

Upon receipt of your request (including weekdays or weekend) and the style of occupancy (Single or Double), you will receive an interactive and very precise proposal on your screen for your Corporate tentative booking.

This proposal will represent your maximum exposure in term of cost for your stay at the Resort. WE WILL NOT FAX YOU 20 PAGES OF MENUS AND COST, IMPOSSIBLE TO ASSEMBLE TOGETHER IN ORDER TO DEFINE A COST alike our competitors. INSTEAD WE GIVE YOU A VERY PRECISE AND FINAL QUOTE all inclusive, based on your expectations.

This way, whatever has been approved by A CORPORATE EXECUTIVE in term of cost will be final.
